Community Gardening Initiatives
Tree Registration Program
Join us in fostering a vibrant community of gardeners, sharing resources, and exchanging fruits, nuts, cuttings, scions, and seed to promote sustainability and local agriculture. Together, we can cultivate a greener future.
You can register your trees on your profile, and will be able to notify the local MyCommunityGardens community when your trees are ready for harvest, or when you have other useful materials you want to share with your neighbors.
Shared Garden Spaces
Explore opportunities to rent garden plots in local yards, allowing more people the access to grow their own crops. Our platform ensures fair agreements that benefit both landowners and gardeners.
Land as small as a single flower pot can be listed for rent by “landowners,” raised beds of various sizes, or even entire lots!
Collaborative Gardening Projects
Engage with fellow gardening members to collaborate on local projects, share tips, and discuss best practices for crops and seasonal management. Our community forum is a hub for knowledge exchange and support. The forum is also the place you will find our Trading Post, where members can trade, barter, and sell their listed goods.
MyCommunityGardens
”At MyCommunityGardens, we believe in the power of community-driven agriculture to create a more sustainable and connected world. Our mission is to unite gardeners with landowners, transforming unused spaces into thriving gardens that nourish both people and the planet.
Through our platform, members can rent garden plots, share surplus harvests, exchange seeds and cuttings, and connect with like-minded growers to foster a local food network built on collaboration and sustainability. Whether you have a single flower pot or an entire lot, every space has the potential to grow something meaningful.
We empower communities by providing fair agreements between landowners and gardeners, ensuring equitable access to land and resources. Our Trading Post and community forum serve as hubs for knowledge exchange, bartering, and mutual support, strengthening the bonds that make local food systems resilient.
Together, we are cultivating a greener future—one garden, one harvest, and one connection at a time.”
